「きょうもすくすく」（英語名：Growkin、以下「本アプリ」）は、岡野良彦（以下「開発者」）が提供する個人開発アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリの利用に際して取り扱う情報について説明するものです。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。

本アプリが扱う情報は以下の通りです。

(1) 記録データ

食事・運動・睡眠・水分補給に関するチェック記録、達成スコア、記録日、キャラクターの育成状況（なじみ度・世代など）は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。これらの情報が開発者や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。

(2) 課金・サブスクリプション情報

プレミアムプランのご購入時、購入状態を管理するために、決済情報の一部（購入日時、商品ID、購入状態など）が、決済基盤として利用しているRevenueCat, Inc.、および Apple Inc.（App Store）に送信されます。これは購入内容の確認と復元機能のために必要な処理です。開発者自身がクレジットカード情報等の決済詳細を取得・保存することはありません。

2. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報（課金情報）は、以下の目的にのみ利用します。

• プレミアムプランの購入状態の確認
• 購入内容の復元（機種変更時など）

3. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。

4. 広告・分析ツールについて

本アプリでは、広告配信や第三者による行動分析のためのSDK（トラッキングツール）は使用していません。

5. お子様のプライバシーについて

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありませんが、意図的に13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を収集することはありません。

6. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点から効力を持つものとします。

"Growkin" (Japanese name: きょうもすくすく, "the App") is an independently developed app provided by Yoshihiko Okano ("the Developer"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

The App handles the following information:

(1) Log Data

Your daily habit check-ins (diet, exercise, sleep, hydration), scores, log dates, and companion growth status (Bond Level, generation, etc.) are stored only on your device. This information is never sent to the Developer's or any third party's servers.

(2) Purchase and Subscription Information

When you purchase a Premium plan, certain purchase details (purchase date, product ID, purchase status) are sent to RevenueCat, Inc., our subscription management provider, and Apple Inc. (App Store) in order to verify your purchase and enable purchase restoration. The Developer does not collect or store your credit card or other payment details directly.

2. How We Use Information

Purchase information is used solely to:

• Verify your Premium plan subscription status
• Restore your purchase (e.g., when switching devices)

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share collected information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

4. Advertising and Analytics

The App does not use any advertising SDKs or third-party tracking/analytics tools.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at any specific age group, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect once posted on this page.
